個人的にはゲームがあまり好きではありませんからチートもしたことがありません

一度だけGTAで空を飛んだことがありますが、あれは後悔しています

元のストーリーが面白くなくなりましたから

簡単な解説は以下から

本体をダウンロードした後解凍すると以下のような沢山のファイルが出てくると思います

インストールに必要なのは　/install/seplugins　のみです

ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cheat.db

をノートパッドなどで開いてコードを入力（コードはGoogle検索で探してください）

また、PSXのゲームで適応させたい場合は

ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cheatpops.db

に改造コードの書き込みをします

以上の作業が済んだら、一度電源を落としてリカバリーモードからプラグインを有効にします

プラグインの有効化が終わったら、改造コードが適応できるゲームを起動してSELECTボタンを長押ししましょう

ゲームは中断されチート画面が開きます

決定するボタンは「×」なので（海外仕様）お忘れなく

ちなみにコードの書き方には決まりがあります

_S ゲームID

_G ゲーム名

_C0 コード名

_L コード

となっています。
